They used to call me 'Matzo Ball' or 'Mozzarella' back in the day, but I’m finally leaning into the name. Motzerellas started with a simple challenge: how do you sell world-class pizza at a bike park? After years of perfecting recipes in NYC, I ditched the traditional slice for the 'Cupo’zza'—a cupcake-sized deep-dish built for the on-the-go lifestyle. It went from a backyard experiment to a community staple for the BMX and MTB crews who needed high-energy flavor without the mess.
